Monroe. This $200 scholarship for the upcoming semester carries no obligation or promise of
renewal.

the Department the course is listed under. This application is due by the closing date of registration.
Failure to reply by this deadline will render this offer null and void.

 The scholarship is valid for only those currently active certified teachers taking an online
course(s) at full-tuition rate as graduate students through ULM. (Book Studies and other
discounted professional development programs do not apply.)
 This offer is dependent upon verification of your current employment and valid teacher
certification. If for any reason your teacher certification and employment cannot be
validated by the above mentioned deadline, you will be notified and the scholarship will
become null and void.
 This offer is valid for the specific dates and must be reapplied for each semester.
 This offer is conditional, and if budgetary constraints require modification, you will be
notified prior to or within the semester in which the change will become effective.
