ACCEPTING 2009 GMEDF AUDIT
WHEREAS, the as administrator for the Greater Massena Economic Development Fund,
the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency Local Development Corporation
appointed Hooper and VanHouse as its accountants for the years 2009 through 2011, and
WHEREAS, Hooper and VanHouse has reviewed the attached document:

Financial Statements
December 31, 2009 and 2008
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Lawrence County Industrial
Development Agency Local Development Corporation accepts said report, and authorizes staff
to remit payment to Hooper and VanHouse in accordance with the terms set forth in IDALDC
Resolution 09-08-16.
