August 2016
Hello Fellow Coaches!
Eudora High School is pleased to announce its junior and senior high cheer and dance festival on Saturday, November
5, 2016. Our festival is a KSHSAA approved events with all KSHSAA rules in place. The festival will be held at Eudora
High School, a school conveniently located to most and right off K-10 highway.
Eudora’s Elite cheer and dance festival cordially invites you to participate in our festival. Our festival is cost effective
and geared to the small school/junior high squads and a great way to really look for concrete feedback for improvement,
however we welcome all squads of member schools. This is also a great way to showcase your squads and give them a
performance venue in which their talents will be truly appreciated. Teams attending will also get the opportunity to watch
other small schools/junior highs perform as well. It’s our hope in providing this festival opportunity that your team
will have a wonderful opportunity to compete in a fun filled environment.
Our day will begin around 9am with warm ups and will conclude with awards at the end of the day. All teams will go
home with hardware of some kind that reflects their work for the day. Concessions and tees will be available along
with flowers for sale that day.
Please fill out the registration forms enclosed here (please note: one form must be notarized and can be turned in
on November 5 when you arrive) and return them, along with your check, made out to Eudora High School, no
later than FIRDAY OCTOBER 21, 2016. We would also encourage you to share these forms with your middle school
