Report Description/Purpose
This report provides a summary of all the funds held by an individual. It provides a
summary of the transactions for the current fiscal year as well as the opening and
closing fund balance. Within each fund, the current year activity is summarized by
organization code. This report may be used to assist in identifying activity that has been
incorrectly recorded to an organization code or to your fund.
Intended Audience
Individuals responsible for the management of a Fund.
Report Availability
This report is updated nightly.
Report Elements
The individual responsible for the funds is identified in the report header.
This report lists all funds and their related descriptions for the individual identified in the
report header. Year to date transactions are summarized by organization code for each
fund. These transaction totals do not include encumbrances. Beginning and ending
balances are for the fund in total and cannot be identified by organization code.
Beginning Balance This reflects the fund balance as at May 1st of the current fiscal year
Revenue (+)
Total of all revenues recorded to the fund/organization combination
Salary Exp (-)
Total of all salary expenditures recorded to the fund/organization
combination
Non-Salary Exp (-) Total of all non-salary expenditures recorded to the
fund/organization combination
Transfers (-)
Total of all transfers in and out of the fund recorded to the
fund/organization combination. Negative numbers represent
transfers into the fund.
Ending Balance
This reflects the fund balance as at the date of the report.
The final page of this report provides a total for all funds held by this individual.
Additional Notes
This report should be reviewed, at least monthly, by the person responsible for the
management of the fund. If there appears to be an incorrect use of an organization
code on a fund, the transactions must be investigated and corrected if necessary. If
assistance is required to identify the transactions, please send an email to
payment_inquiries@usask.ca with the following information: fund #, org #, and amount
to be investigated.
