Homework
Reading
Read at least four times a week and respond once a
week on class reading blog. Your blog should include
at least two sentences about the book and two
sentences about your own thinking.
Family Math
The folder is sent home every Friday. Sign beside the
due date sheet in and return the folder by Thursday of
each week. Play the game with your child, encourage
them to talk about their thinking, and have fun!
Word Study
We work on a unit for two weeks. The chart of words
will be sent home on every other Wednesday. Your
child will highlight twelve words from this collection.
