Assistance Agreement between Cascade Pacific RCD & BLM
is in draft
The Vision

Vision: To pursue the coordination of native plant
development projects at Horning Seed Orchard for a wide
variety of governmental and non-governmental clients.

Mission: To develop the most cost-effective and ecological
methods of native plant production and establishment for
restoration of native habitats.

We aim to have a Native Plant Program Manager at HSO, they will be
a contractor under CPRCD working under the direction of the
Steering Committee.
Partnership Goals

Establish multi-agency steering committee.
Secure funding and staff for the Horning Seed
Orchard
Maintain clear communication between BLM, Native
Plant Program Manager, clients and Steering
Committee on nursery workload and progress
Establish and maintain native plant partnerships with
governmental agencies and non-governmental

Identify and secure new funding for projects and
partnership management
