1. Approval of minutes from November 30th meeting moved and seconded, passed by unanimous voice vote
2. Discuss and approve English Department report
This report was originally presented at the Nov 30 meeting, this draft includes further work on recommendations. Moved to approve with suggestions, passed by unanimous voice vote.
3. Discuss and approve Academic Program Review Process and Timeline
These documents were distributed by S. Grunwald at the last meeting; discussion of the changes continued. Motion to approve the timeline; passed by unanimous voice vote. It was suggested that this timeline be forwarded to the Faculty Senate for posting.
4. Upcoming APR reports: Modern Languages, Clinical Exercise Physiology, Psychology
Modern Languages: Longhurst, Tollefson
Clinical Exercise Physiology: Dixon, Bratina -- pending approval
Psychology: Cocks, Slocum
5. Spring semester meeting schedule
Proposed to continue meeting Wednesdays 12-1, alternate time is Fridays 1-2, pending feedback and approval of committee members.
