New
on-campus
camp for
TEENS!
Campers will be housed two to a room in
a modern and convenient residence hall on
the UW-Stevens Point campus. Each room
includes fans, sheets and blankets. For
added comfort, it is recommended to bring
along your own pillow and towels. Please
specify your roommate preferences on your
camp application. Campers receive constant
supervision as counselors room on the
same floors. Camp Impact maintains a
5:1 camper-counselor ratio.
Health care is available around the clock to
assist with medication distribution, minor
injuries or health concerns.
Dining
All meals are included and will be served in
the Dreyfus University Center food court,
which is also within easy walking distance of
the residence hall and classroom. Dairy-free,
gluten-free and peanut-free options
are served at every meal.

Camp Impact is a three-day leadership camp
designed to empower teens entering grades
9-12 who want to engage in the world around
them and explore opportunities to build a
better community.
Camp Impact stretches the mind, fosters
new attitudes and encourages creativity
and imagination.
Enhance your leadership skills at
Camp Impact by:
• working with others to achieve common
goals
• learning to give of yourself to help others
• identifying your personal strengths
• becoming an effective member of the team
• connecting with community organizers to
accomplish change
With guidance from UW-Stevens Point
faculty, you’ll work side-by-side with
upper-class students who are already on
their way to becoming change-makers in
their communities.
