Acted as departmental point person for mental health and students at risk.
Represented a student development point of view on committee to plan and open a new 340---bed
Suite-style residence hall providing feedback on the facility’s program and design.
Participated in weekly operations meetings that focused on occupancy projections, facilities and
custodial management and long term strategic planning.
Provided overall departmental leadership in the absence of the Director of Residence Life.

graduate Assistant Residence Hall Directors, 79 Community Advisors (CAs), 12 Senior CAs and over
100 other student employees (desk receptionists, Area Secretaries, etc.).
 Facilitated work of Special Assignment Teams.
 Oversaw recruitment, selection, hiring and on---going training processes for professional and
student staff working in the residence halls.
 Coordinated facilities upgrades and improvements to A/RHD Apartments and Offices.
