Construction of Instructional Office Building

Central Utility Plant

Inspector of Record, Testing and Inspection

Itemized List Discussion:

- It was mentioned that there was a concern about the dust on campus, i.e. what is in the dust and is it dangerous? Following discussion pointed out that dust is an allergen, not a pathogen. All hazardous materials in our buildings and on our sites are removed by hazmat contractors and the areas are certified “clean” before construction activity is allowed to occur.

- It was asked would we inform the campus if we found an alien space ship while trenching for the central plant loop? Doug Horner responded that we most certainly would.
