Research & Development
You are ½ way through construction.

Shop Drawings
Your fermentation facility has purchased
European equipment. All connections
are in place per the shop drawings.
When the unit arrives, there is no
resemblance between the “certified”
drawings used and what arrived at site.
The primary nozzle is not in the correct
locations.
Maintenance Nightmares
Mechanical space is located over
operating area. Facility was designed
w/o the input of the maintenance
department. The Heat Exchanger was
installed 4’ from a building column. The
tube bundle is 8’ long. Several tubes
are leaking and the tube bundle needs
to be pulled & repaired. OOOOOps.

Bad Publicity
• The company you are working for is
