Network Operation Center (NOC) Systems Services Representative:
Major Duties:
–
Provides daily operation support to IBM Cloud Service offerings
–
Executes software changes according to technical procedure
–
Perform monitoring, health check to ensure service availability
–
Support both cloud applications and infrastructure
–
Interface with local and global developers and support teams
–
Co-ordinate critical problem resolution
–
Provide 12 hour shift duty support (in average 40 work hours per week, do not have
over night shifts)
Candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills:

University degree/ Associate Degree / High Diploma in Information Technology related
subject
·
Knowledge in Linux/UNIX, Windows, Virtual Machines
·
Knowledge and experience with system administration/operations in Linux, Domino,
MTA, Networking (VPN, remote access) an advantage
·
Ability to converse (oral and writing) in English
·
Customer oriented with good communications skill and interpersonal skill
·
Fast learner, responsible, flexible, and multi-tasking
·
Knowledge or experience with Incident Management, Problem Management or Change
Management process a plus

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary : HK$13,000+
On shift duty allowance
Annual Leave: 7 days
Gratuity: 1.5 months or 10% of total contract sum upon completion of the full contract
