This policy round will describe the findings of a policy synthesis and an expert panel
assessment examining system barriers to innovative care delivery and team-based primary
health care in Canada.
Join us for a discussion on the policy implications related to Team Based Primary Health
Care, including gaps in current polices and issues of scope of practice to support innovative
collaborative models of care. What policy options do we have to advance team-based
primary health care in Canada? Our leading research and policy experts will answer these
questions and more.
