Open Economy Macroeconomics - Alternative curricula
This document details the connections between different sections in A. Rødseth: Open Economy
Macroeconomics, Cambridge University Press 2000. It also gives two examples of how one can select
alternative curricula.
Each chapter is fairly self-contained. However, some sections in the early chapters prepare for the later.
Table 1 lists the important links. Those that are printed in bold are particularly important because they define
necessary symbols or equations. The importance of the others depend more on the background of the student.
The list of standard symbols on page xi of the book may also help.
