A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for driving while license invalid
and possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop in the 4300 block of
Clovis Highway. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County
Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense
report # 13-0011.
