MINUTES
Present: Dean/Chair - Denise Schoenbachler, Tim Aurand (Marketing), Jon Briscoe
(Management), Gerry Jensen (Finance), Nancy Russo (OM & IS), and Don Tidrick
(Accountancy)
1. Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the October 21, 2013 meeting of College Council were approved as
presented.
2. Third-Year Review
Council reviewed a third-year review letter for a tenure-track faculty member
that was overlooked in the normal review schedule. Council concurred with the
chairs review of progress toward tenure, but will forward recommended changes
in wording to the department to ensure clarity for the faculty member in what is
needed for them to meet tenure requirements.
3. Tenure/Promotion Follow Up
UCPC reviewed the tenure/promotion packet for Gina Nicolosi, Department of
Finance, and recommends tenure and promotion.
