or make constructive suggestions for improvement.
The teacher and the quizes.
get a new book. this one is very confusing. i'd recommend calculus the eighth edition by
larson, hostetler, and edwards
Weekly quizzes. I also liked how the exams were structured, but they need to be a bit
shorter because 50 minutes is not enough time to finish an eight question MATH exam.
quizzes and homework were very helpful
i liked how the quizzes came form homework and tests came from quizzes. The class was
very fast paced, sometimes i wishe for a bit more review.
The book was good for the problems, not the instruction. This means I couldn't go home
and read the book, it was hard to understand (I can usually do that pretty good).
Very straight-forward teaching style. Kept class' attention.
nothing
Ideas were introduced well and the new consepts were able to be understood. The
example problems were very helpful in learning how to do the problems. Quizzes were very
helpful for studying fo the exams.
Preszler's examples on the chalk board. Best math teacher i have ever had.
1. It was nice that the homework wasn't mandatory, but we went over it in class. 2. The
in-class examples of problems were very useful.

PRESZLER,JASON ISAAC: List two things about this instructor that were effective for your
learning, or make constructive suggestions for improvement.
I did not like how he always went over the time limit. He would not even pay attention what
time it is, and just keep on going. He would notice it is the end when students start walking
out. He needs more practice teaching. Not very sure in himself, gets confused easly and
tends to go off track.
He was well orgainized and answered all questions. He taught in an effective and kind
manner. He used all 50 minutes very effectively and efficiently. I did not feel like my time
was wasted at all. I liked that.
Exams should reflect more about what was learned in class. Better explanation of
problems.
Nothing. Was a great class.
The time limits on his test were too small. There should be more time given so the tests
measure knowlege, not ability to write fast.
nothing
He was very concerned with giving anyone time to ask a question or re-discuss a certain
topic. He had a good knowledge of things that were possible through use of the methods
we learned.
Preszler answered ever question with respect.
