Request for an I-20 Form
In addition to the regular BCE application, international students needing an I-20 form for an F-1 student visa
must complete this form and submit as soon as possible to allow time for processing.
In order to request an I-20 form, you must pay your bill in full or submit a notarized statement from your bank
indicating that $9,000 US dollars is available to the student while attending the Boston College Experience
program.

HEALTH INSURANCE
International students must also show proof of insurance that provides coverage while in the United States. The
state of Massachusetts requires all international students to have health insurance from either their home embassy
or a U.S. company. Foreign health insurance policies are not considered to be comparable and therefore are not
acceptable.
