Payment for Hourly Work (timesheet required)
Additional hours worked on an hourly basis are submitted on a timesheet with
your department. (Your unit may submit hours through web-time entry, your
unit will have instructions for you.) These additional hours are paid on a biweekly basis. Graduate students submitting additional hours should be sure to
check every pay that the amount paid is correct for the hours submitted.
This information sheet is provided to the graduate assistants at the orientation program.
