Eleventh Fiat Justitia Lecture
The Access to Justice Imperative:
Rights, Rationalisation or Resolution?
How have the twin forces of the global human rights movement and economic

The Honourable Chief Justice Warren discusses the current challenges in
preserving access to justice reforms and outlines how the courts may respond.
Presented by The Honourable Chief Justice Marilyn Warren AC,
