Battle of Shiloh. Was appointed
assistant professor of Spanish at the
Surveyor:
Naval Academy of Annapolis
Hillori L. Schenker
6 Nov. 1866 and died there after a
University of Maryland
service of 17 years, 3 mos., and 12
days. Regretted by all his associates
and colleagues. A good soldier, a good Date/ Weather Conditions:
officer and a good citizen. His brother, 06/24/05
nephews and niece have erected this
sunny
stone to his memory.
