Please write a one page description of your 242B project. Please follow these guidelines:
1. One or two paragraphs on the background of your research. What problem are you
trying to solve? Why is this an important problem to solve?
2. A description of the specific goals for the research this semester and how it’s related
to what you are learning in 242B.
3. List some key milestones for the research. Describe how you will conduct your
research (process technology, simulation tools, etc).
Your project will be approved if it meets the guidelines for 242B. While I encourage you to
relate this project to your primary research, you must come up with something new and
different related to 242B in order to qualify for a class project.
