Master’s Degree in Business Management or Public Administration or Related Field.
Successful experience in management and organizational development.
Outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to supervise personnel.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Knowledge of current computing technologies and software applications appropriate to the
position’s responsibilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide overall leadership in development of Strategic District planning initiatives through
interaction with appropriate district and community representatives and provision of timely
periodic updates of progress in achieving district goals.
2. Assume primary responsibility for structuring and executing operational and strategic
initiatives through developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading
analyses, and developing final recommendations.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports and makes effective presentations to various staffs
throughout the District, the School Board, and various stakeholders throughout the
community.
4. Maintain processes and protocols to ensure that knowledge management efforts are shaping
strategy and informing decision making at all levels.

Develop, design, and implement surveys and questionnaires.
6. Work with school and district administrators in evaluating overall and individual school
programs.
7. Provide technical assistance to the Superintendent and staff in planning and research.
8. Assist in developing School Board philosophy, goals and objectives, and the objectives of
individual schools and departments as an integral part of the annual program budget
preparation cycle.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Physical Demand Class: Sedentary Light (SL) - Occasional lifting and carrying of objects weighing
0 pounds or less. Infrequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing 11-20 pounds. Occasional
walking and/or standing may be required.
