Professional Development Presentation: Dreamers Task Force and WAFSA – Linda
Summers and Ambar Martinez, Diversity and Equity Office, EvCC
DREAMers Success Project: Everett Community College launched the DREAMers Task Force and the
DREAMers Success Pilot Project during the 14-15 academic year in order to better serve undocumented
students. We'll share information on our cross-campus collaboration and the cohort model we developed to
better serve students, including data from the pilot project. We will also answer questions on how to
replicate this model at your institution.
