revising cut scores. Discuss revised language, action item.

IB transcripting, report out from work group (postponed from winter)

Proposed language change: Washington community and technical colleges will
accept in transfer from other community and technical colleges unrestricted
elective credit for an Advanced Placement (AP) score of 3 or higher or an
International Baccalaurate (IB) Higher Level (HL) exam score of 5 or higher.
Credit will be awarded on the basis of official AP or IB results, not transcript
notation. Credits granted for general education or major requirements will be
specified by the receiving institution’s AP or IB credit policies; otherwise, elective
credit will be granted.
