PS9021 – Skill Table
Optional table. Table maintained by colleges.
Use the Skill Table to add and maintain codes that identify a particular proficiency, talent, or expertise
that an individual possesses. You can use skill codes in three places:

In the Comment field on the Position Table (PS9018) to define the requirements for a position.
In a Misc field on the Personal Information Screen (PS0004) to define the job skills of employees.
In DataExpress to match the actual skills of employees to the required skills of a position.
Skill codes are used only for applicant tracking and recruitment. They have no effect on payroll
processing.
For a complete list of skill codes, run DataExpress procedure PS9021R (from the Group Inform and
Account PLIB).
