#1, #2, #13, #17, #1, #23 – The current model has raised basic standards, but must be
revised to avoid the negative pitfalls of high stakes testing, #25, #22

idea, avoid changing rules in midst of the “game”.

I agree these should be grouped and categorized. They are too different to rank order.
Alternative schools model should be process oriented rather than outcome.
The only valid outcome measure is growth scores and only for students who have been
enrolled 140 days.
Bring back #25.
Bring back #21 - Graduation w/in 5 years.
Bring back #30 – Testing has become a record keeping nightmare – Plus, we must
address EC/504 modifications.
