This research offers a comprehensive historic reflection of autonomy and politics.
Problematic, innate autonomy by nature as it must intertwine politically at all government
levels that focus central to policy must enable control offering a greater sense of
autonomy to all entities of any subordinate level. In sequence, government must do so to
promote cost containment, efficiency, competence, and an adequate well-organized
service of quality to the public. These proper methods achieve consumer empowerment
and economic success. Extremes in regulation or deregulation both augment autonomy
(inducing good or bad behavior), and these tools ironically though tend to augment a
central control of government. Having complete individual freedom and the capacity to
act becomes difficult by the ultimate consequences of both freedoms increasingly. Using
certain political philosophies can best unite the President’s natural relationship to
autonomy. All policies documented by its processes must be accurate, authentic,
competent, complete and considerate of our nation as a whole without back waddling.
