About Quito, Ecuador
Quito is a beautiful city of culture, tradition,
development, and contrast, and is a UNESCO
World Heritage Site. Seamlessly combining
history and the modern age, Quito provides a
cosmopolitan atmosphere where a number of
races, cultures, myths and legends are united to
create a rich identity.
Estimated travel cost of $3,000 includes: airplane
ticket, homestay including food, coursework in
Ecuador, and group cultural outings.
Intro course to prepare students for January program
in Quinto. Topics include: culture, food, people,
history, politics, current events, school system(s), and
ESOL strategies.

This 2 week-travel course immerses students in the
language, culture, and educational system of Ecuador
at the Andean Center for Latin American Studies in
Quito.
