80FOR6: SPANISH 8 - El español continua…this course is recommended for students who are maintaining a C average or above in seventh grade Spanish 1A. The continued focus of Spanish in 8 th

After a brief review of seventh grade Spanish concepts, students will work with new vocabulary, grammar, and cultural information about family members, making plans, shopping, clothing, and getting around town. Communication skills will again focus on listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Homework completion, memorization of vocabulary, preparation for quizzes and tests, and active class participation is required. Students who successfully complete this class may be recommended to register for Level 2 Spanish in high school and work toward earning College in the Schools (CIS) credit in high school. ¡Avancemos en español!
