Recognizing the arbitrary protests of some nations to the current standards of
OPEC;
Assuring the council that the current production allocations are perfectly
maintainable for the future;
Expressing belief that the existent price of petroleum is generally satisfactory to
the oil producing nations and unobjectionable to oil purchasing nations;
1. Champions member countries to maintain the healthy level of
production currently in use by each individual state;
2. Calls for the research and manufacture of more efficient tools and
machinery used for excavation and refinement of petroleum to maximize
profits;
3. Further endorses the council to not make any immediate and hasty
resolutions that will be nocuous to OPEC nations in the long run;
4. Encourages the establishment of renewable energy sources like solar
energy;
5. Indomitably disproves the employment of biofuels which is wasting the
limited supply of food available.
