Provided training for IT/IS staff for enhanced systems analysis functions and information systems development for the
improvement of corporate profitability and productivity through the use of state-of-the-art technology products and

infrastructures and central office upgrades, within the City of Paris and surrounding communities to accommodate

Developed training material and conducted training sessions for Qwest new-hires, and technical personnel, on all
services provided by the companies’ Network Operations department which included detailed lectures, along with
classroom simulations on DSL, & VDSL detailing operational and technical abilities. Upon completion of the training
session, Qwest employees received a certification of completion and were prepared for their daily interactions with
customers and co-workers.
Western Pacific, Northern & Mountain Air Express Airlines, Colorado Springs, CO & Syracuse, NY. Business
plan development and preparation of investor perspective offering analysis detailing competitive strategy analysis for
Part 121 certified airlines to conduct scheduled route services within the United States. Western Pacific completed
successful IPO offering, and Mountain Express was sold to United Express, Inc. prior to public offering.
