START is built around the fundamental principles of communication,
management, leadership and human relations. Curriculum consists of
three core classes and five topics of concentration customized to your
specific business needs.
Core classes include:
• COLORS (behavioral style and personality test assessment)
• Essential Skills of Leadership
• Essential Skills of Communication
Participants can receive a START certificate upon completion of the program.
Employers have the option to provide college credit opportunity as part of
the training package.
