Writing Assessment

This will show you about my strengths and weaknesses that have changed throughout the semester. My strengths and weaknesses have really changed a lot from taking this class.

Starting

My strengths when I started the semester was in short supply, it was about the content of the document. I can get all the information I need to in a document and keep the reading usually interesting. This is something I find to be a really good strength, but for me it was one of the few things I was actually good at.

Strengths

I believe that my strengths are still that I can still get all the content in and keep it interesting. But I believe that my strengths have grown, to include my grammar and punctuation have grown considerably. I would not consider it the best, yet it has grown enough to were I would not call it a weakness anymore.

Weaknesses

My weaknesses have changed since my first paper, and it is something that I have seen that most people have a problem with it. That would be that my conciseness is not where it could be, but like you said that it takes time and something that most people have trouble with. Another weakness I would say is my page design, or visual balance on my summaries. I struggle with those but thought that I had improved really well with the final summary.

Goals

I have actually reached all of my goals over the semester, and this would be one of the first times I have actually reached my goals for an English class. My next goal is to work on my conciseness and also my page design, I would like to get my wording down and get my page design balanced.

Conclusion

I have had one of my best semesters for my English class because I have actually put effort into getting better. My new goals should come along with time and then I can move onto working on different weaknesses and slowly get better at my writing as a whole.
