• Review of 3-year E-IPM plan & resources (E-IPM, competitive grants, CALS)
• Renewal request to CALS Executive Council
III. Team Updates
This will be an opportunity for each of us to learn about the vision and progress of each team in
which we invest EIPM funds. Teams will present a brief overview of expected outcomes and
impacts and their strategic vision for how these are being achieved within their area of emphasis.
• Vegetable IPM (Palumbo & Peña): Vegetable IPM Updates, videos, etc.
• Agronomic & Cotton IPM (Ellsworth & Brown): CAPS report & future activities.
• Community IPM (Bryan Stevens & Team members): IPM Inside & Out, logic model.
• IPM Coordination / IPM Assessment / Pesticide Education (Al Fournier & Wayne
Dixon): Leverage for IPM; Needs assessment (Agronomic crops IPM; soil fumigant
education); Crop Pest Losses and Impact Assessment; AZ pesticide use database;
measuring impact: examples; Program Planning and Evaluation website.
