CHAPTER 30 - FOREST ROAD AND TRAIL ACT EASEMENTS
37 - RECORDING. The Forest Supervisor needs to provide two clear photocopies of the
executed easement. After recording, the Forest Supervisor needs to submit a copy of the first
page of the easement together with a copy of the page showing recording information.
38 - TERMINATION. Forest Supervisors need to submit the original and one copy of the
"certified," executed and recorded termination to the Regional Forester. The Forest Supervisor
will also include information to identify it as to parent file road name and number, if such
information is not in the termination document.
