5. Some sections of the Interagency Incident Business Management Handbook (IIBMH)
do not apply to the State of Idaho, Department of Lands (IDL); the State of Montana,
Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC); or the State of North Dakota,
North Dakota Forest Service.
Agency-specific information for IDL, DNRC and North Dakota Forest Service can be found by
subject matter within each supplement. For example, Emergency Firefighter pay rates for
DNRC can be found in the supplement to Chapter 10; contract administration for city, county,
and rural fire departments and other pertinent State-specific information can be found in Chapter
