Documenting Shared Address Book Permissions from Groupwise
Click on Address Book
Or on the menu bar:
Click on Tools and then Address Book
Right-click on an address book you share with
others (the address book will have a person on it)
Click on Sharing
On the Sharing tab, you will see a list of individuals
who you are sharing the address book with, as well
as, their access levels.
You may want to create a table to record the information to assist you in setting up permissions in Outlook.
