Beyond Expectations Academy (BEA) provides a clinical approach to
education with a behavioral perspective. BEA promotes the academic,
physical, social, and emotional needs of children and adolescents with special
needs following a research-based ABA curriculum. Interns will work and learn
in both the everyday classroom and the therapy setting. There are many

situations in which interns can interact with students on a one-on-one basis
while a teacher or therapist helps them to better help them understand
concepts, or where interns can further assist a therapist in reaching their
goals with a particular student.
