weeklybulle;nbeinglaunchedtokeepyoubeBerinformedofadministra;veac;vi;esand

StrategicPlanning:
Thestructureoftheplan,aswellasadraKsetofstrategiesarebeingfinalized.
Theplanisbeingalignedaroundthreesuperordinategoals:increasingvisibility,revenue
enhancement,andcosteffec;veness.
InputfromthepreviousyearofplanningbytheESFcommunityisbeingreviewedand
incorporatedasappropriate.
Students,faculty,staff,andexternalstakeholderswillhaveampleopportunitythisfallto
reviewandcommentontheplan.
BudgetandFinances:
Weareworkingonnewanddiverserevenuestreams,andfurtherdevelopingtradi;onal
sources.Amongotherstrategies,thisincludesnewdiscussionswithSUNYandtheStateof
NewYork,andworkingwithgroupsliketheCNYRegionalEconomicDevelopmentCouncil.
Newfiscalyearbudgetdevelopmentiswellunderway,andwecon;nuetoiden;fyareas
whereefficienciescanberealizedwithoutseverelyaffec;ngopera;ons.
SyracuseUniversity:
The2015-2016agreementisinthefinalstagesbeforesignaturesandweareworkingon
nextstepsforagreementsfor2016andbeyond.
FacultyGovernanceandCollegeLeadership:
Rou;nemee;ngsbetweentheOfficesofthePresidentandProvostwithleadershipfrom
FacultyGovernancewillstartinJuly.
StudentAffairs:
Studentsareincreasinglybeingengagedinplanning,governance,andsustainability
