Actor’s Guild - The Actor’s Guild promotes discussions about acting, theater, and media;
encourages acting and theater on campus; and performs workshops and performances on

Anime Media Society - The purpose of the Anime Media Society is to view, discuss, and
exchange information about Japanese entertainment media (animation, comics, books,
popular music, movies, games, etc.), especially items that may be difficult for most to obtain in

Business Computing and Applied Technology (BCAT) - The BCAT Club informs
students of HCC’s Business, Computing and Applied Technology programs in addition to
information relevant to career(s) in these fields(s) as well as making connections within the
community for networking and service opportunities.

Brony Association - The purpose is to create a community reinforcing the values of
creativity, harmony and friendship as represented in the show “My Little Pony: Friendship is
Magic”, thus transforming lives through imagination. In addition, the Brony Association will
participate in acts of community service and raise awareness of the socio-cultural diversity on
campus.

interested in the design, construction, theory, and craft of dress (Including costumes, fashion

collectible card, and table top games. Gamers Guild also reviews current game titles,

Improv Club - The purpose of the Improv Club is to provide comedic entertainment to the
community, to teach the community the art of improvisation, and to enhance public interest in

Inkblot Club - We’re a collaborative group focused on enhancing ourselves as fiction and
creative non-fiction writers, poets, and playwrights. We delve into the genres of fiction,
creative non-fiction, poetry, and plays. We provide each other with honest evaluations of each
other’s works and give constructive criticisms not judgments.

intricacies of, but not limited to, pure mathematics, applied mathematics, mathematical

Outdoor Adventure Club - The Outdoor Adventure Club was formed for individuals who
share a common interest in outdoor activities and excursions. Members of the club build
friendships and exercise team skills by planning and participating in outdoor adventures,
such as skiing/snowboarding, rock climbing, hiking, white water rafting, and canoeing.

Paralegal Students Association - The Paralegal Students Association serves students interested in paralegal issues, law, and the legal process. The club fosters a network for students

Phi Theta Kappa - Phi Theta Kappa is the International Honor Society of two-year colleges.
Members of the Rho Beta Chapter participate in local service projects and fundraising
activities. Members also attend special regional and national Phi Theta Kappa functions; they
are automatically eligible for scholarships directed toward Phi Theta Kappans.

Photography Club - The purpose shall be to promote and provide a community for the
advancement of photographic arts within the departments, division and campus wide

Student Ambassadors - The Harford Community College Ambassadors are a select group

Student Art Gallery Association - Applied Arts gives students the opportunity to have
hands-on experience running a gallery and curating exhibitions in the Student Gallery located in Joppa Hall. Students interested in becoming a curator, working in a gallery or

the Student Veterans Club is an organization that provides a social group setting to help
