PROJECT NUMBER 15-033 – ENT SERVICE CENTER ROAD
The following shall become as fully a part of the above named Project Manual and
Drawings as is therein written and shall take full and complete precedence over
anything therein contained to the contrary.
Acknowledgment: Each bidder shall indicate in the place provided for the same on the
Proposal Form his acknowledgment of receipt of this Addendum.
Each and every bidder, subcontractor and material supplier shall be responsible for
reading each item in this addendum to ascertain to what extent and in what manner it
affects the work in which he is interested.
