The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m. by Chair Ron Adkison. Board members
present by phone: Ron Adkison, Sissy Austin, Dionne Bagsby, Pattye Greer. Present in
Koom 3U7: R. A. Brookshire, Lynn Montes, Jimmy Murphy and Murray Shaw Also
present by phone: Yvette Clark.

Upon motion by Regent Sissy Austin, seconded by Regent R with all members voting aye
it was ordered that approval be given to petition the Coordinating Board to grant in-state
tuition rates to students applying from states within a 100-mile radius of SFA.
