 Ray Zimmerman - CEO

Ray Zimmerman is the CEO of ZAI. He was formerly the Managing

Director responsible for the development of the international activities of Teather and Greenwood.

Ray has over 26 years of experience in the investment banking field and was formerly Head of Corporate Finance of (Sumitomo) Daiwa

SMBC Europe, prior to which he was a Managing Partner of the

French merchant bank Demachy Worms & Cie Finance and the

Managing Director of 3i CFI, the international corporate finance arm of the 3i Group.

Ray is a graduate of the Tulane Law School (Juris Doctorate 1984) and Seattle Pacific University (B.A. magna cum laude 1979).

 Dominique Doussot

Dominique Doussot has spent over 22 years working with major international banks (Bankers Trust Company and Banque Worms) where he has been active in most major areas of investment and commercial banking, including the acquisition, reorganization and management of several banking departments and institutions.

A French national, Dominique is bilingual and holds an MBA from

Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration des Entreprises

(1972).

Dominique is a senior financial executive with proven international banking skills, and a history of significant achievements in new business development and deal making.

In addition, he has a successful track record in diverse management roles.

 Robert Dalman

Robert has over 20 years experience in sales. He specialises in new issues, globally.

After graduating in economics and politics, Robert worked for various banks including Merrill Lynch and ANZ.

Further new issues experience was gained running a fund specialised in IPOs.

The last 3 years have been spent as a private client stockbroker, marketing new issues globally.

 David Galan

David qualified as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen where he spent 5 years, initially in the financial markets advisory practice and latterly in the public company lead advisory corporate finance division.

David has some 7 years corporate finance experience working with both fully listed and AIM traded companies.

Deal experience includes flotations, primary and secondary fundraisings, public offers, acquisitions and disposals and reverse acquisitions.

Before joining ZAI, David was corporate finance manager at Teather

& Greenwood Limited where he spent 4 years. Whilst at Teather &

Greenwood, apart from deal execution, he looked after a wide range of quoted clients on a day to day basis.

David graduated with a business management degree from Leeds

University.

 Fiona Kinghorn

Fiona has broad experience of the gaming, technology and financial services sectors both as an entrepreneur as well as in an advisory capacity. Over the past 15 years, she has started and sold a number of businesses in the UK as well as consulting to some of the top companies in these sectors. She has a considerable experience in developing and implementing corporate and financial strategies.

Before joining ZAI, Fiona worked as an independent consultant to the gaming sector for three years. Prior to that she co-founded a company that provided technology, marketing and payment processing services to gaming companies which was sold to a major international gaming company. Between 1992 and 1998 she was a director of a company that provided technology and consulting services to the UK banking industry with clients that included Barclays, Lloyds TSB and the Post

Office.

Fiona has a MBA (magna cum laude 1989) from the University of the

Witwatersrand where she specialised in corporate finance and investment. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (hons 1981) from Rhodes University.

 Marc Post

Marc Post has over 20 years experience in equity sales, having held various management roles at Commerzbank, LGT Bank in

Liechtenstein and Bankgesellschaft Berlin. Whilst working for

Bankgesellschaft, Marc was committed to establishing ESN –

European Securities Network, a network of ten European equity brokers, for which he co-ordinated the European sales activities.

After an MBA from the University of Hanover in 1983, Marc gained particular expertise in broking small and mid-cap stocks to institutional investors in the UK, the US and Continental Europe.

Since the late 1980s he has been involved in numerous successful

IPO placings and has organised over one hundred road shows for the board members of international companies.

Marc is a Dutch national and speaks several languages.

 Nigel Rice

As an equity salesman, Nigel Rice has looked after an international client base, particularly French speaking and European, but including the US and Middle East, throughout his 27 years in the city. He has an in depth knowledge of the UK equity market but also has experience of fixed income, overseas markets, convertibles and other financial instruments.

After graduating in Accounting, Nigel joined E.B. Savory Milln & Co in

1977 and was instrumental in building its International Department through to 1989. The firm was acquired by Swiss Bank Corporation in 1988. After Swiss Bank, Nigel spent 15 years in equal part with

Baring Securities, BZW (later CSFB) and Credit Lyonnais Securities.

Nigel became a member of the Stock Exchange in 1981 and is a fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute and a member of the

CFA Institute.

 Peter Trevelyan-Clark

Since qualifying as a chartered accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells,

Peter has gained some 15 years UK corporate finance experience working with fully listed and AIM traded companies covering flotations and IPO's, secondary fundraisings through placing, open offers and rights issues, reverse takeovers, major acquisitions and disposals and takeover code related work.

Prior to joining ZAI, Peter was a director at Teather & Greenwood

Limited where he specialised in corporate finance for over 6 years. He has previously worked for James Capel, Prudential Bache Capital

Funding and Townsley & Co.

Peter graduated with a law degree from Bristol University, is a member of the corporate finance faculty of the ICAEW and of the Securities and

Investment Institute. He is also a graduate member of the Institute of

Company Secretaries and Administrators.

 Edward Wates

After obtaining a degree in law, Edward moved into private client stock broking. He gained extensive knowledge of all back office functions, before becoming FSA approved in 1997.

Since then Edward has dealt in a wide range of securities products for private clients and small companies including UK equities, Gilts, CFD’s and foreign equities, America, Australia, Canada and Europe.
