Safe and efficient operation of Roligon Slipstream Blender. Able to rig up and rig
down blender and backside. Able to prime and pressure test. Staging acid thru
tub or bypass, running blender throughout the stage. Set up and run wireline
pump down. Maintenance of blender and able to make ready for transport.

Safe and efficient operation of frontside of the line. Able to open and close
wellhead and ground valves, pressure test and bleed down line. Walk and inspect
lines for leaks. Identify and change out bad lines, discharge hoses, chiksans, and
hammer union seals. Restrict foot traffic in red zone while pressure is on the lines
or during pumping activities. Able to effectively communicate with Data-van
throughout the treatment of the well.

Operation of Sandstorm equipment, Gravity box, Hydrabear, T-belt and deliver
Frac sand to blender in a safe, clean and efficient manner.

Maintenance of multiple hydraulic fracturing pumps including Roligon, Dragon,
Cat, Destiny, Halliburton HT-2000 and MTU’s. Able to change Packing, Seats and
Valves and trouble shoot pumps during treatment. Perform Lock out Tag out prior



2003-2004 - Trained 360 employees in WM, SCM, and SD as a power user for our client,
Delphi Automotive. Our distribution center launched with 7 plants simultaneously in 2004.

