NOTICE is hereby given that the BOARD OF APPEALS of the Village of Amityville will hold a Public Hearing
in the Court Room of Village Hall, 21 Ireland Place, Amityville, NY at 7:00 P.M. on THURSDAY, August
27th, 2015, to consider the following applications:
1. Application of Partow Payandeh as agent for owner Amlind LLC. Applicant seeks a Special
Exception pursuant to the renewal of a previously approved conversion of a one family to a two
