The United States Supreme Court is the nation’s most important and highest
court. The Supreme Court is the protector and defender of our nation’s
Constitution. It is their job, and their job alone, to determine the
constitutionality. Throughout American history there have been many landmark
Supreme Court cases that have affected the entire nation.
