INTRODUCTION
Al Muntasser Contracting & Trading established in 2001, in the State
of Qatar, and has been executing projects in the contracting and trading field.
Armed with our commitments and dedication, we have not looked back since
the date of inception.
We at Al Muntasser intend to keep continuously developing and improving our
skills and capabilities in order to match the construction industry's requirements
and contribute to Qatar's National Vision 2030.

MECHANICAL ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING:
Having been certified as one of the doyens in grade 'A' MEP contractor, we are fully
capable to handle all aspects of all Mechanical Electrical HVAC and Plumbing works
with professional ease.
Our MEP Department consists of experienced and licensed engineers & supervisors
from UPDA & KAHRAMAA, fully capable to provide all electrical installation &

Maintenance for Residential, commercial, industrial building, and electrical design
and installation as per KAHRAMAA regulations of installation.
Our Electrical services include FIRE ALARM installation, Operation &
Maintenance according to NFPA & QCD (Qatar Civil Defense).
Drainage Systems: We have a special Team for Internal Drainage system &
networks, to perform as per the international & Local requirements ( ASGHAL
Requirements).

Health, Safety & Environment
We being the best creation of the All Mighty and the Environment being
the best gift the Almighty gave to us, we consider our employees our
most precious resource, and the Environment best gift to us. Every one of
us is a very important asset and his health and safety is very dear to us.
HSE features prominently in our planning process where due
consideration is given to creating safe work environment for all our
employees and other resources deployed. We practice "Target Zero
Accidents", wherein every one of us carries out job safety analysis before
he commences an activity, evaluates work-related risks and takes
proactive measures for their mitigation. The process is documented and
provides right to every worker to stop work if found unsafe.
Planet earth is a gift to mankind and every one of us is duty-bound to
keep it in a perfect shape. We highly value its importance and execute our
business in a way which helps keep it in a good and healthy shape. We
strongly believe that we must leave it in a state better than we inherited it.
All our work methods are designed to protect its sanctity and ensure that
we do not do any harm to it.
It is aim and intention of Al Muntasser Contracting to gradually reduce
and eliminate any environmental pollution and damage through effective
control of waste production and atmospheric emissions. All personnel are
accountable for their performance and responsible for reporting accidents,
incidents and near misses involving environmental matters like:

Water wastages
Presence of hazardous waste
Atmospheric emission in the form of dust fumes or gas.
In Al Muntasser Contracting, we consider the Safety being every one’s
responsibility. However a designated Safety Officer and his Supervisors
and Marshals are responsible to ensure implementation of our HSE
Policy.

We consider the environmental impact during planning stage of all our
projects and plan actions to reduce and avoid matters which are likely
to cause environmental damages by

Providing the methods of work which are environmentally friendly
e.g. screening sites, reducing site traffic through residential areas.
Include the provision of appropriate environmental control in sub
contracts.
Choose quiet machinery wherever possible.
Consider an informative public relations exercise before setting up
site.
Make contact where necessary with any local pressure groups or
residential associations.
Ensure that our activity causes as little nuisance as possible,
inconvenience or disturbance to the public, especially regarding
existing structures, footpaths and traffic movements.
