Urgent release of resources

• To Civil engineering : GS, L.Scibile

– ~ 200K for detailed studies for the far and near facility

– ~50K for “carotage” in the target area ?

• To TE-ABT-BTP: B.Goddard

– 1 technical fellow for 2 years for all calculations and final beam layout definition ?

• Do we need a Designer now for all components integration on

CAD (primary and secondary beam lines, detectors and related infrastructure)?

• EDMS project structure

Next 40 days:

• Establish working meetings with detectors and CERN services to arrive to a final definition of the near and far facilities

– Tuesday’s afternoons at 16:00?

• Establish working meetings with everybody involved in the secondary beam facility, to converge to a reasonable CE layout

– Tuesday’s afternoons at 14:00?

• Prepare a feasibility document to be presented to the CERN directorate (15 January?)
