QUIZ-QUIZ-TRADE: Algebra II/Trig – RF-1
Materials: clipboard with scrap paper attached, pencil, calculator, quiz card
Directions for Teacher: Cut apart each of the “cards” attached and fold so that the question
is on one side and the answer on the other. Distribute one card to each student to start.
Organize students in pairs. One student in the pair reads his/her question to the other student.
The second student solves the problem and recites the answer. The first student checks the
answer with the answer listed on the card. The students swap roles. After both students have
read their question and answered the other question, the students trade cards and then raise
their hand to indicate that they are seeking a new partner. The students find another student
with a raised hand (a new partner) and repeat the process.
